Before becoming an Auditel consultant I worked in a wide range of key management positions within the Royal Air Force, including Business Improvement, Supply Chain, Catering and Personnel Management.

This gave me a broad range of project management experience and an in‐depth knowledge of how to work with organisations and contractors to identify opportunities and innovative solutions for making efficiencies and lowering business overheads.

Assisted by in depth study during an Exec MBA I was latterly tasked to supply tailored Business Improvement advice across the Ministry of Defence to increase performance and deliver against savage public sector cuts.

Through becoming an Auditel consultant I continue to build on my experience to help companies to deliver significant savings and provide a valuable management resource to organisations across many sectors.
