With over 25 years as a senior leader in operations and service delivery, I am highly experienced in enabling organisations to achieve their ambitions. My main areas of expertise are strategy development and implementation, underpinned by a deep practical experience of people leadership, project management and change management. These skills enable me to help you to efficiently plan your carbon reduction journey, identifying the actions required, developing and implementing your plan, and providing you with the management information you need.

In the current challenging economic climate, organisations are battling with the desire to drive growth and profitability, whilst investing in low carbon emitting technologies to reduce their carbon footprint and speed up their journey to Net Zero. There is also the ever-increasing pressure in competitive tenders, consumer led demand, and internal staff resources, which means all companies are facing the challenge of decarbonisation and gaining recognised credentials for their environmental activity. Failure to address this runs the risk of losing out on competitive tenders and market share to other suppliers.

The challenge in addressing all these issues is then compounded by increasing scrutiny of environmental claims by investors, Government, consumers and environmental charities. We maintain a significant national supplier database, capable of serving the requirements of the most demanding of UK wide organisations. In addition we recognise the often cultural and environmental value of regional and local suppliers and work hard to cultivate effective relationships in all cost area sectors.

With our help, our clients are introduced to suppliers with competitively priced products and services, fair & reasonable terms, reliable billing provision and proven customer service. Equally the suppliers we engage with are introduced to client opportunities they would not usually be aware of or able to tender for, and with little expense from a sales and marketing perspective.
