Before joining Auditel, I was a senior manager in blue-chip IT and Telecoms organisations where I developed a wide range of skills and experience during a successful career spent in several European countries as well as in the UK.

My roles, like those of most Auditel clients, required a broad range of skills: from developing market-facing strategies to a laser-sharp focus on business spend in areas such as telecoms, utilities, printing, stationery, cleaning and maintenance. The other constant was innovation: the creative innovation to keep one step ahead of competition in fast-paced sectors, and the process innovation to find new ways of running businesses more effectively.

Prior to joining Auditel, my career was focused on sales and business development, mostly within media and telecommunications businesses, but also with exposure to retail.

Working almost exclusively within the SME sector and specialising in start ups and turnarounds, over half my working life has been spent at Director or Managing Director level, with over a decade as owner.

Consequently, I am well acquainted with the conundrum whereby you know that costs must be controlled but lack of time, resource and detailed knowledge of complex supplier markets leave you with the nagging certainty that your company is paying too much for some or perhaps many of your essential services and supplies.

It’s my role as an Auditel consultant to use my persistence, creativity and management skills harnessed to Auditel’s innovative processes and tools to track down those overspends and deliver savings in both money and time, on an ongoing basis, for my clients.
