Premier Travel is a proudly independent, family-run travel company founded in 1936, with 32 branches across East Anglia and Southern England, offering a wide range of UK and worldwide travel options.
Summary of Projects –
Auditel Connect Consultancy has supported Premier Travel since its introduction to the business in 2012, developing a valued and trusted commercial partnership and establishing a close, honest, and enduring relationship, working closely with Paul Waters and his team.
This has included managing Premier Travel’s portfolio of electricity and gas supplies, alongside a comprehensive review and enhancement of the company’s waste and recycling arrangements.
This followed a comprehensive review of their specific telephony and call centre needs, and following meetings with and proposals from trusted providers, a competitive and future proof solution was chosen, and remains key to the success of the business to this day.
Also successfully reviewed were Premier Travels water and wastewater usage and costs. In addition to a welcome reduction in charges, consolidation of suppliers was the main driver for the upgrade.
And following a comprehensive review of stationery and other consumables across the group, a move to a single trusted provider was successfully implemented, simplifying ordering, delivery and payment in addition to cost savings.
