I joined Auditel following a career managing software teams for leading edge high technology software companies, designing, developing and deploying solutions for leading edge products for the consume and medical electronics market.
I work closely with client and stakeholders. The approach used across all projects is to listen to and feedback to the client, then to guide, and be guided by the client. Maintaining these principles ensures that the final solutions reach a balance across ambition, risk, timescales and cost, to ensure the projects do not fall short of expectation, or exceed resources available to stakeholders.
