This independent assessment was conducted by the leading Certification Body, the British Assessment Bureau and demonstrates The Business Hub Partnership LLPs commitment to customer service and quality in delivery.
The Business Hub Partnership LLP has retained the right to display the coveted British Assessment Bureau ISO 9001 certification mark to demonstrate its conformance to the standard.
ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do and that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations have demonstrated a continuous improvement with an annual assessment to ensure progress is being maintained.
