After a number of years with Price Waterhouse Coopers I went on to manage finance system change projects for investment banks before becoming an Auditel consultant.
This gave me a wide range of project management and problem solving experience which ensures cost management initiatives are expertly managed.
My approach is not simply to identify cost reduction but to take a holistic approach incorporating processes, efficiency opportunities and the impact on all areas of an organisation.
