- Copy of ESOS Phase 3 report and proof of price previously paid (contract or invoices) required to book slot.
- Reserve the right to decline the offer if your business has significantly changed/grown since ESOS Phase 3 price was agreed, and/or the number/size of properties that will need to be audited is materially different to Phase 3.
- Excludes Action Plan and Progress report submissions unless your prior price specifically includes them.
- 3 payment options:
- Match 2022 price – 1/3rd deposit, 1/3rd after site visits complete, 1/3rd on report submission
- Match 2022 price +7.5% on 18month retainer – i.e. 2022+7.5% divided by 18 equal instalments
- Match 2022 price +15% on 30months retainer – i.e. 2022+15% divided by 30 equal instalments
- Retainer option – 1st payment due immediately on signing Agreement, subsequent invoices issued 1st of each month with 14 day payment terms.
