Eddie Finch

Eddie has an MBA in Technology Management and was a senior Police Officer before working for many years in the technology sector. This gives him an in depth knowledge and ability to investigate issues on his clients behalf. Eddie is an experienced Management Consultant and is able to assist clients in a wide range of areas but specialises in the Technology and Telecoms sector, using his experience to assist his clients to become more profitable and streamlined in how they operate.

Neil Woolmer

Neil has a BSC (Hons) in Business and Languages and held Management positions in Food Manufacturing and Market Research Industries. With eight years experience in Cost Management, Neil has seen first hand the evolution of this discipline and how to tailor different solutions to suit the type and size of a business. Neil specialises in Energy Procurement and Efficiency and possesses strong account management skills to maximise and sustain clients potential on their bottom line profits.

Geoff Cooper

Geoff is a former Police Officer. He is a qualified crime prevention officer, a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. He is member of the Institute of Licensing and the treasurer of the London Region. He has a wide experience of partnership initiatives across the licensed sector including Best Bar None, Pubwatch and Business Improvement Districts. He is also a qualified trainer.

Mark Wilson

Mark has a background in IT, he has experience in many types of systems including local and cloud based tools. Coming from an IT background he has a very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites and he also has a strong knowledge of CRM systems. He has been a administrator for many years. Mark has qualifications in Engineering and has completed a number of IT courses. He has also completed an ISO 27001 accreditation with a company he previously worked for. He has experience of cost management, accreditation and purchasing in many business sectors.

Brian Woolmer (C.Eng. FInstMC.MISTC)

Brian is a Chartered Engineer and is a Fellow of the Institute of Measurement and Control and a Member of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators.
He has over forty years experience in the design and application of pressure instrumentation widely used in areas such as reactor safety systems in both Nuclear power stations and submarines. He has strong project management skills with experience in obtaining approvals such as Intrinsic Safety (ATEX), Marine & Nuclear Type approvals and Equipment Qualification (IEEE) as well as conformance with European Directives (CE marking), for various ranges of products.

Having started his own engineering consultancy in 2002, he has also run an Auditel franchise for over 10 years, dealing primarily with cost savings in energy and energy management.

Ian Hopping

Ian has built successful businesses in the property and service sectors. The experience gained through having run these companies means that he fully understands the importance of controlling the essential costs of a growing business, and the problem of never quite having enough time to do so effectively while still concentrating on driving the business forward.

Saving together on waste

The Manor Royal Group Waste Project, co-instigated by the Procurement Hub and Team Waste, has also already delivered a massive 35% reduction for Hot Food Vending, following a review of their waste removal overheads. The Hub’s target strategy is to reduce the cost of waste removal as Member Company’s increase. This will reduce damaging environmental impacts by reducing the number of waste vehicles making multiple trips to collect waste, and recycling from Manor Royal.
