About Terry Crouch

I became an Auditel Consultant after working for over 30 years in the telecommunications industry in a number of key management roles. I worked for both manufacturers, such as Case Communications and Avaya, as well as carriers such as Cable and Wireless, Energis and Verizon Business.

This gave me a broad range of business management experience and an in-depth knowledge of how to work with organisations to identify opportunities and innovative solutions for lowering and managing business overheads. Just as importantly, it also gave me a deep understanding of the importance of successfully delivering and implementing solutions to ensure the benefits are felt within the organisation.

Since becoming an Auditel consultant I have built on the experiences I developed during my time in telecommunications to deliver significant savings and valuable management resource to organisations across many sectors.
