GET THE RIGHT CONTRACT BEFORE YOU MOVE INTO NEW BUSINESS PREMISES

When a new tenant or owner moves in, energy contracts revert to high out-of-contract rates. If you are looking to move, then ask the current landlord or their agent for a recent bill. You can then report the change in advance and arrange a more favourable contract rate. It is also essential to provide a meter reading on or close to the transfer date. A stress- free way to do this and to ensure you get the best contract rate, is to use the services of an expert to handle these matters for you – such as Mr. Moffitt!
